Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Foreman to oversee our high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury construction projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of high-end residential and custom home projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, and safety standards
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or delays
  • Communicate effectively with clients, builders, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Attend site meetings, pre and post construction walks
Requirements
  • Proven experience to manage high-end, luxury construction projects with attention to detail and quality
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control procedures
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage in this role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation
  • Tech Savvy
  • Valid Driving License
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
