Job Description:

Ferguson Enterprises, a leading provider of quality supplies, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing expert knowledge and guidance on our extensive product offerings.
  • Strive to increase knowledge of our entire product range, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Support the efforts of Outside Sales Associates, working collaboratively to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Showroom Sales consultants, performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Support the Showroom Sales team by delivering personalized customer service, processing orders accurately, and updating customer contracts.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general information.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
  • Results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ambition to succeed and self-motivation.
  • General digital literacy and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to learn quickly.
