Behavior Therapist for Children with Special Needs

New Story In-District Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role involves working with children aged 5-22, providing behavior intervention strategies and supporting their developmental needs.
As an RBT, you will work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress. You will also manage client records and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with diverse needs.
We offer a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes consistent pay, paid time off, flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, health and wellness benefits, and a retirement plan.
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for working with children, patience, and compassion. An active RBT certification from the BACB is preferred, but not required.
