Position Overview:

We are seeking an HVAC Controls Technician to enhance the efficiency, safety, and comfort of our building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, and commission HVAC control systems, including temperature sensors, thermostats, dampers, actuators, and variable frequency drives.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose system malfunctions using knowledge of control systems, wiring diagrams, and electrical components.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to integrate control systems with HVAC equipment for improved efficiency.
  • Conduct system testing and balancing to confirm accuracy and functionality.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients and team members regarding control system operations and maintenance.
  • Keep precise records of service visits, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Controls Technician or in a related role.
  • Ability to read and interpret control system diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
