As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, facilitating transactions for stock option awards, restricted stock units & awards, stock appreciation rights, and employee stock purchase plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service experiences to clients while facilitating transactions for equity awards and plans
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of equity awards and plan administration to deliver confident and knowledgeable service
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills and energy to deliver unparalleled value and outstanding service to clients via phone and other communication channels
  • Connect with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and team members to resolve complex client inquiries and develop knowledge of Schwab products and services
Requirements
  • Series 7 & 63/66 licenses preferred or must obtain as a condition of employment
  • Demonstrated passion for providing top-tier service and support to clients
  • Strong interest in effectively engaging in quality conversations with clients to establish long-term relationships
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ability to build trust with clients
  • Ability to strategically prioritize client research and follow-up while maintaining service levels
  • Skills for organizing specific and individual company procedures to ensure vital information is readily available
