**Key Responsibilities:**
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to our accounting and inventory solution.
- Design, develop, and test scenarios and test cases to ensure the smooth operation of our application.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on virtual servers, Windows servers, network connections, and other related systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, backup procedures, and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Perform server preventive maintenance, backup procedures, network, and PC maintenance.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation and technical support of accounting or inventory software.
- Experience with setup and maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix), remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
