About the Job

We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of New York City.

Job Summary

As a Supervising LPN, you will be responsible for collecting required information from new Residents, recording health details, administering medications, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting required information from new Residents
  • Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Helping Residents with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
