Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Manager to join our Investor Advice Solutions team at Charles Schwab. As a Senior Regional Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and counseling a team of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to grow and support the client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors
  • Build and foster relationships with internal partners and clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset and service targets are met
  • Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality
  • Perform compliance and administrative tasks inherent in the industry
Requirements
  • CFP designation, CFA designation, or a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
  • Active and valid FINRA 66 license required
  • Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required
  • Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred
