About the Role

As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you'll join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution. You'll work as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized investment advice to clients, leveraging a vast array of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and option trading.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry-leading advisors.
  • Mentor junior SWA team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management.
Requirements
  • CFP designation or CFA designation.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment).
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license required (may be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment).
  • Five or more years of advisory experience.
