About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our Financial Solutions Branch, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a case queue, handling service and research requests with varying urgency levels
  • Schedule clients with Financial Consultants for further consultation
  • Uncover additional business development opportunities through various avenues
  • Collaborate with other Client Relationship Specialists to support enterprise goals
  • Handle client escalations and issues with tact and diplomacy
Requirements
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and securities industry
  • 2+ years in a client service capacity
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred)
