National Corporate Housing is a global leader in hospitality, offering temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down corporate apartments, maintaining vendor relationships, and handling all customer service issues.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough walk-throughs of apartments prior to move-in and move-out to assess damage, document issues, and ensure company standards are met
  • Guarantee guest satisfaction by exceeding 95% guest survey ratings
  • Occasionally travel during the day to inspect apartments, deliver miscellaneous items to guests, and manage lockbox inventory
  • Personalize move-in gifts and reorder welcome bag inventory as needed
  • Serve as the National liaison for coordinating vendor deliveries, pickups, setups, and installations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
  • A personable self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Daytime travel around the city required
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs
