About the Position:

UMFS is seeking a highly skilled Foster Parent Recruiter/Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment and community engagement to drive growth and development within our Treatment Foster Care program. Your passion for working with foster families and clinical staff will be essential in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and engage new foster families through outreach and education
  • Collaborate with foster parents and clinical staff to enhance services and outcomes
  • Provide training and support to foster parents to improve their skills and confidence
  • Build relationships with community partners to promote our program and services

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of foster parent experience with a reference from a certified agency
  • Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and retention programs
  • Able to plan and organize time and activities independently

Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year; paid leave, holidays, flexible workspaces, comprehensive health benefits, and 401(k) matching
