Utilize company-approved admissions materials during all interactions with potential students, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Building Relationships

Respond to inquiry calls from prospective students seeking information about our programs, including entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards, while encouraging qualified candidates to schedule interviews.

Promptly return web inquiries and calls, providing accurate information about our offerings.

Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our institution, as this is a key component of the role.

Participate in organized outreach campaigns and phone-a-thons as part of daily responsibilities.

Generate new leads and business opportunities when not engaged with current inquiries or prospective students.

Follow up with individuals who did not schedule or attend interviews, as well as those who dropped or canceled their applications, to address any concerns.

Interviews

Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding financial aid discussions.

Utilize only approved materials during the interview process, adhering to established policies and procedures.


Meet with potential students to explain program offerings, aligning the college's benefits with their needs.

Provide guidance on suitable programs based on students' aspirations, qualifications, and goals.

Ensure that admissions management is well-informed about the motivations and concerns of prospective students.

Mentoring and Guidance

Offer routine advice and assistance to students regarding available programs and eligibility requirements, utilizing established policies and procedures.

Act as a liaison between students and the campus, assisting with enrollment forms and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Mentor students to help them identify their unique skills and interests.

Address straightforward inquiries and concerns, referring more complex issues to experienced staff, while ensuring actions taken satisfy students, the company, and regulatory agencies.

Administrative Responsibilities

Accurately document all inquiries and admissions activities.

Complete daily activity reports and ensure timely completion of pre-start paperwork.

Maintain current and accurate reports, including information stored in the system.

Attend and complete all required training for this position as mandated by the company.

Perform additional duties as assigned by local leadership.

Participate in meetings as directed by your supervisor.
