Key Responsibilities:
  • Discuss aged accounts with billing partners, clients, and management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contact clients to document conversations and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist with the resolution of complex client issues and disputes.
  • Provide regular reporting to billing partners and management on account aging and collection status.
  • Work with billing staff to ensure invoices meet client needs and requirements.
  • Process and manage delivery of reminder statements.
  • Collaborate with cash receipts staff to ensure accurate posting of receipts.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent in Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
