Professional Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Job Preparation: Carefully examine surfaces to determine the type and extent of work required, and read blueprints/instructions to understand the project scope.
- Site Preparation: Build scaffolding, cover fixtures, and make other necessary on-site preparations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Surface Preparation: Scrape, sand, and remove old paint to prepare walls and other surfaces for painting.
- Repair and Finishing: Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials, and apply a smooth finish to ensure a professional-looking result.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture, and apply paint using various tools.
- Finishing Touches: Apply varnish and other finishes to protect and enhance the painted surface.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Proven experience as a painter or in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
