**Job Title:** Painter - Creative Craftsman
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Services. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients, ensuring a professional finish and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Job Preparation: Read and analyze blueprints and instructions to determine the scope of work required, and examine surfaces to identify any necessary repairs or preparations.
- Site Preparation: Build scaffolding, cover fixtures, and take necessary safety precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Surface Preparation: Scrape, sand, and remove old paint to prepare walls and other surfaces for painting.
- Repair and Filling: Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials, such as plaster, to ensure a smooth finish.
- Mixing and Application: Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture, and apply paint to surfaces using various tools.
- Finishing Touches: Apply varnish to protect the paint and enhance the finish.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
