Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the jobsite
  • Supervise field operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience and education required
  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction field
  • Must have working knowledge and be able to direct the operations of at least these management systems: scheduling - CPM, unit man-hour performance, material control, estimating, and subcontracts
  • Experience with leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, and organization
Working Conditions:

Regular, reliable attendance is required. Work productively and meet deadlines timely. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

Base Compensation: $92,125.00 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
