Job Summary

At Wendy's Amaash Corp, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular restaurant preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues.
  • Resolve maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repair work as needed.
  • Inspect property to identify potential and current needs.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure department expenditures meet budget requirements.

Requirements:

  • Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
  • Prior restaurant appliance maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge and experience with electrical panels.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Must be able to maintain customer satisfaction scores and brand standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Weekend availability required.
  • Ability to commute/relocate 5 days a week.
