Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. in San Jose, CA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical support for our assigned buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide electrical and mechanical support for power systems, lighting systems, and controls
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters, and replacing lighting system bulbs and ballasts
  • Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs and move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested
  • Conduct facility inspections and report on as-found conditions
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Completion of an applicable technical training program, desirable
