Guest Services Specialist Role

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis out of our Inpatient Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for orientating patients, managing ongoing needs throughout their stay, and preparing and maintaining the facility for use and cleanliness.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly compensation range is $15.84 - $17.60 per hour. Our comprehensive employee benefits package includes health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, 401(k) plan, company-paid short-term disability insurance, and employee assistance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Orientate patients to the facility and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.">
  • Manage ongoing needs throughout the patient's stay and assist with crisis intervention activities as requested.">
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities.">
  • Maintain the facility in a clean and safe manner at all times.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High School Graduate/Equivalency required.">
  • Entry-level knowledge of biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery and self-help group process.">
  • Ability to relate effectively with staff, patients, and the professional community.">
  • Good oral and written communication skills.">
  • Cultural competency and sound judgment.">
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.">
  • Valid NYS Driver's license required.">

Estimated Salary Range: $31,584 - $35,360 per year (based on 40 hours/week).
