Overview:

Helio Health is dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and recovery services for individuals struggling with substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues.

The Guest Services Specialist will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Salary: $15.84 - $17.60 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their stay in the program.
  • Assist with admission processes, including orientating patients to the facility and resolving inquiries and requests.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules, assisting patients in managing these activities.
  • Ensure timely crisis intervention activities as requested.
  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and safety at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalency
  • Basic understanding of biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery and self-help group process
  • Effective communication skills and ability to relate with staff, patients, and professional community
  • Valid NYS Driver's license required
