Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review credit memos, financial reports, and other documentation for Annual Reviews.
  • Ensure timely updates of financial information for credits exceeding $500,000 and perform Annual Reviews, including management of the database of these credits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files.
  • Order and review appraisals, prepare in-house evaluations, and order environmental assessments as required.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting packages for the Management Loan Committee and Executive Loan Committee.
  • Provide backup support for the recording secretary, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Gather maps and other information needed for Commercial Relationship Managers.
  • Perform monthly residential construction inspections.
  • Prepare criticized loan asset reports and distribute Credit Quality meeting materials.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Stay informed about the bank's products and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a credit department, commercial lending support role, loan processing, mortgage processing, or underwriting.
