Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational equipment efficiently.
- Organize and transfer ingredients from the delivery area to storage and preparation zones, including walk-in coolers.
- Prepare food products to meet quality standards.
- Handle and process customer orders received via telephone.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
Communication Proficiencies:
- Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
- Capable of effectively communicating verbally with customers and team members to fulfill orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with speed and accuracy (calculator use permitted).
- Must be adept at making accurate monetary change.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to manage and process orders efficiently.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination to perform precise tasks quickly.
- Competent in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
