Position Overview:

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives and enhancing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on utilizing effective sales strategies to engage potential clients and support existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ consultative sales methods to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless communication to finalize transactions.
  • Recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities to benefit both clients and the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Sales Representative to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential clients through community engagement and existing networks.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
  • Conduct follow-ups on new policies to maintain high retention rates and leverage cross-selling prospects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding policy establishment and account status.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in meeting sales goals and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Must obtain and maintain the necessary state insurance licenses.
