About the Role

Aldrich Wealth is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of client accounts, collaborating with a dynamic team, and providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all service and operations for Schwab brokerage accounts, including new account opening, maintaining existing accounts, and managing client portals.
  • Execute client account service needs such as asset movement requests, account transfers, and ad-hoc client requests.
  • Onboard new clients by completing custodial paperwork, delivering disclosures, and handling new client welcome procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client and account records in portfolio management and CRM systems.
  • Handle the setup and maintenance of client accounts, performance reporting, billing, and document management.
  • Coordinate annual RMD calculations and distributions.
  • Provide data exports and ad-hoc analysis as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with hands-on experience working with RIA custodians.
  • Proficiency with Charles Schwab, Salentica Engage or Microsoft Dynamics, and Tamarac.
  • Broad knowledge of Investment Advisory practices, with a solid understanding of wealth management, security types, cost basis, and trading processes.
  • Strong time management skills and a collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to share team responsibilities and manage workflows.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and portfolio management software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Competency in creating and using basic formulas in Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
