About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to supervise a team of employees consisting of appointment/triage specialists and referral coordinators. The manager will be responsible for assessing applications submitted by job candidates and conducting interviews for new hires. The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Manage and maintain all software and websites vital to the performance of the call center and patient access.
  2. Composing and maintaining call schedules with implementation in call schedule system. Working with hospital leaders to assign providers on ED call.
  3. Managing Urgent Care provider clinic schedules ensuring all urgent care clinics are covered appropriately, working with urgent care provider in charge of clinic schedules.
What We Are Looking For
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • At least two years of call center experience and two to three years of team leadership experience is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is necessary.
  • Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Previous experience using multi-line phones systems is preferred.
