About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Carryout Attendant to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a Carryout Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their orders are accurate and prepared to their liking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Package food and beverage orders, condiments, and appropriate items promptly and accurately
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and help them with menu selections
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately accounting for all receivables
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain a clean work environment
  • Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
