• Greet guests warmly and efficiently process their orders
• Utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques to upsell and promote our products
• Pack food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, adhering to company standards
• Communicate effectively with guests to determine their needs and preferences
• Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Practice safe food handling and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests, as needed

• 0-2 years of related experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
