About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Premium Operations Supervisor to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary

This role will assist in all aspects of the Premium Seat Services experience, including collaboration with the Premium Seat Sales team, maintaining integrity of the PSS program, and leading a team of 20+ to execute premium hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for training non-F&B night-of-show premium positions, conducting pre-shift meetings and assignments, monitoring Premium locations throughout the evening, and participating in post-show recaps.

Responsibilities
  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service in Premium areas
  • Maintain open lines of communication to identify and rectify problems in real-time
  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ to execute premium hospitality
  • Main liaison between PSS and operations teams
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and assignments, including planning and coordination of events
  • Monitor Premium locations throughout the evening to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct post-show recaps to relay feedback to PSS and operations teams
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform tasks that require lifting, standing, or working in extreme temperatures
  • Flexibility to work long hours during weekdays and weekends (80% of shows during the season)
What We Offer

Live Nation Entertainment offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
