Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary operations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing day-to-day culinary operations, including overseeing kitchen staff, coordinating food and kitchenware orders, and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Culinary Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including menu development, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
• Leadership: Lead a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional service and high-quality dishes.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create innovative and appealing menu items that meet the tastes and preferences of our diverse clientele.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.

Requirements:

• Culinary Experience: 5+ years of experience in executive culinary roles, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume kitchens.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
• Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient sourcing, and menu engineering.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
