We are seeking driven, highly motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious professionals who want to be part of cultivating the highest impact culture in the agriculture equipment industry. Previous experience and knowledge of large ag equipment or commercial/turf equipment is welcomed but not required. We can train with the right individual who is willing to work hard and make customers their #1 priority.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, positive individual who is passionate and committed to providing our customers an amazing sales experience, support, and consultation.

  • Achieve targeted and agreed upon sales goal (volume and margin)
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships - to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation.
  • Continually improve personal selling capabilities - to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner.
  • Actively identifies, seeks, and obtains new prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with excellent knowledge and use of CRM and all MS Office Products, familiarity and experience with John Deere and competitive products will give you a head start but not required. Customer oriented focus and philosophy, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills. Must have a passion for sales and for creating innovative solutions for customers.

Education:
The equivalent of a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required, Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:
Three or more years of experience in Service Department operations required; management experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license. Passing a driving record (MVR), criminal history background checks, employment verification, and drug screen will be required prior to the start of employment. Certified Crop Advisor certification is preferred. Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
