Job Summary:

Stockell Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our North America Enterprise IT Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for our IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure, ensuring seamless utilization of hardware, software, and communication systems.

• Collaborate closely with our centrally provided IT services, including design, operations, and service desk, to meet agreed-upon service levels.

• Foster strong relationships between IT and the business, becoming a trusted partner for delivering high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal support for end-users.

• Act as the escalation point for issue resolution between the business and the IT community.

• Maintain relevant IT documentation and ensure compliance with our security policy.

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure systems, data access, backup and recovery, and asset management.

• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Central IT Infrastructure Organization to implement and follow our agreed-upon strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a general IT environment, with a focus on supporting clients, servers, and communication equipment.

• Proficiency in VMware ESXi/VCenter, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Cisco networking, CITRIX, MS Remote Access, IP networking administration, and security compliance tools.
