Certified Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Bickford Senior Living. As a Resident Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily needs of our residents are met with dignity and respect.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each resident's needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Collaborate with branch clinical leadership to ensure residents receive high-quality care that meets their evolving needs.
• Utilize knowledge and skills to approach and care for residents with dementia, promoting their comfort and well-being.

• An active CNA License in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to take additional training or education, as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
