Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team as a Practical Nursing Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This position offers a starting wage of $29.16 per hour with flexible scheduling options, including extended shifts.
Work Schedule:
- 3-day work week with 14 or 16-hour shifts; working 1 out of 3 weekends
- 8-hour evening shifts (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.); working 1 out of 3 weekends
- 10-hour night shifts (8:15 p.m. - 6:15 a.m.); working 1 out of 3 weekends
- Weekend package shift options available with retention payments up to $8,000 for those working a minimum of 32 hours every weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will:
- Lead a direct care team and oversee licensed treatments for 30 residents.
- Monitor and respond to acute changes in resident conditions.
- Assess and evaluate changes in resident health status, collaborating with physicians and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and serve as a role model for care team members, including Resident Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
