Overview:

Soloh Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Professional RN to provide exceptional patient care services in our ambulatory care setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care services, including assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs, MOAs, NAs, technicians, and supplemental staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Promote clear communication among the care team and treating clinicians by ensuring awareness regarding patient plans of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Compassion and empathy, Analytical skills, Strong leadership abilities, Ability to work independently, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 2 years' experience in ambulatory care settings.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
