Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Leap Brands, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient information accurately;
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history;
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care;
Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records;
Certify in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Requirements:
A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state or region;
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience;
0-10 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting;
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification;
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
