Job Title: Cycler Inspector

At StarPlus Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cycler Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our testing and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, execute, and support testing activities, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Analyze, record, and document test data, including observations, measurements, and results.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Monitor and manage lab supplies, consumables, and materials, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing testing.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and gauges.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree, Technical training, or Military experience in a technical field.
  • Electronics, maintenance, science, chemical, or medical field experience, or 2+ years in a quality technician role in lithium-ion battery testing.
  • Electro-Mechanically inclined.
  • Practical use of micrometers, calipers, and other hand measurement tools.
  • Ability to read drawings, diagrams, and other technical documents.
  • Calibration, CMM, test/laboratory experience.
  • Experience/knowledge of inspection and auditing.
