We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gaming Associates in Rancho Cordova. As a Gaming Associate, you will be responsible for engaging in live card table games, supervising and enforcing game rules, accurately disbursing payouts, and upholding the integrity of each game. You will also deliver exceptional customer service to create a vibrant gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in live card table games and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for players.
  • Supervise and enforce game rules to maintain a safe and secure gaming environment.
  • Accurately disburse payouts and manage casino chips to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
  • Uphold the integrity and accuracy of each game, reporting any unusual or suspicious activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive and engaging experience for players.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Able to pass a lifetime criminal background check for state licensure (costs covered by us).
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended durations.
  • Exceptional visual acuity: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Proficiency in mental math for rapid calculations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Adherence to attendance and dress code policies.
