Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, building rapport, and instilling confidence in Encore's services.
  • Project and Incident Oversight: Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, manage client expectations, and facilitate timely resolution of escalated service issues.
  • Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant, developing tailored technology plans and budgets that align with each client's business objectives and risks.
  • Strategic Review: Conduct regular assessments and strategic planning sessions to ensure technology solutions are aligned with customer goals, fostering both client retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Storage, Hypervisors, and Connectivity.
  • Advanced knowledge of networks, protocols, wireless technologies, and firewalls.
  • Ability to evaluate solutions for Backup, Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus, and Security Standards, both existing and emerging, with clients.
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Services and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, including their advantages and challenges.
  • Commitment to building professional relationships, addressing client needs, and collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Positive attitude, openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, and adaptability to changing tasks.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is highly desirable; roles such as vCIO, account manager, client success manager, technical account manager, or salesperson at an MSP would be beneficial.
