Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
- Address service requests efficiently.
- Negotiate renewals of customer contracts.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Collaborate closely with other leadership and management team members to deliver exceptional customer service and product offerings.
- Provide route coverage during absences of Route Service Representatives, allowing you to assess their performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:

- A supportive leader who enjoys working with a team of Route Service Representatives as they grow in their roles.
- An individual eager to learn and become an expert in customer service and loyalty.
- High school diploma or GED; some college education is advantageous.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical standards.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and language skills.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Previous experience in leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurship is preferred.
