Job Summary

ProMedica Health System is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nutrition Services Assistant/Food Tray Delivery to join our team. As a key member of our dietary services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverages to patients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to patients, employees, and visitors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dietary services team to ensure that all food and beverage needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or dietary setting preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

The Nutrition Services Assistant/Food Tray Delivery will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. The work environment is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
