About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Interior Designer to join our Global Design Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our architects, artists, and technologists to create innovative and functional spaces that inspire productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand identity and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design and deliver high-quality design packages, including interior design drawings, lighting strategy, and FF&E specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design offerings.
  • Lead internal and external team meetings to ensure clear communication and project progress.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced design professional who is passionate about creating exceptional spaces. You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field and at least 4 years of experience in commercial or hospitality interior design. You will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.

What We Offer

WeWork offers a competitive salary range of $76,500 - $100,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year. We also offer 16 weeks of paid parental leave and a 401k plan.
