Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring exceptional guest service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted RevPAR goals, accurately forecasting revenues for the following month and analyzing short-term fluctuations to maximize sales.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, ensuring front desk agents are familiar with all sales programs and key accounts.
  • Produce sales department reports in a timely manner, identifying revenue opportunities and working to secure business from them.
  • Conduct site visits, coordinating with all departments to showcase properties and interact with outside contacts, including guests, owners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school education/GED.
  • Minimum one year sales experience in hospitality or two years of progressive experience in a hotel environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
