We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product R&D Intern to join our team at Post Holdings. As a Product R&D Intern, you will assist in the development and management of grocery products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of new products and renovation of existing formulas
- Collaborate with production teams to design and test new or improved processes
- Provide technical support to production for product modifications, process improvements, and process troubleshooting
- Operate laboratory and pilot plant equipment in a consistent and accurate manner
- Apply standard scientific techniques to analyze production lines and provide safe and efficient manufacturing systems
- Pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological/Biosystems Engineering, or Food Science
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of competence in computer applications and ability to use technology as a decision-support tool
