Job Responsibilities:
As a Concierge Liaison, you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests, ensuring desk collateral and information are updated, and providing knowledgeable recommendations for local activities and attractions. You will also establish close contact with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly analytical and computer-savvy individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Previous experience as a Concierge or Guest Relations professional is required.
