Job Title: Research Study Coordinator

Duration: 12 months

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute tasks in support of clinical supply project managers to ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots.
  • Translate stability and packaging requests into executed packaging designs.
  • Identify, develop, communicate, and track task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones in support of clinical supply project managers to ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies.
  • Create appropriate protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders in concert with clinical supply project managers.
  • Complete tasks identified for the team.
  • Set up inventory management systems, including material masters and manufacturing requests, to support clinical packaging operations.
Critical Success Factors:
  • Basic understanding of clinical development and global supply chain requirements.
  • Competent in the application of standard business requirements, such as SOPs and global regulations.
  • Understanding of the importance of compliance in a regulated environment and ability to apply this knowledge to daily work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the department and cross-functionally, interacting in a tactful, professional, and effective manner.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with QA, analytical, and other areas.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
