Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support Principal Investigators in the development and implementation of clinical research studies.
- Review research studies for feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain clinical nursing research policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to clinical research nurses on new research study submissions, protocols, and workflows.
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Experience in clinical trials.
- BSN degree.
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience.
- CPR-BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- MSN degree.
- Membership in Professional Nursing Organization.
- ACLS Certification in clinical areas where required.
- Society of Clinical Research Associates' (SOCRA) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certification.
