Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and grounds, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the campus facilities budget in coordination with the Campus Pastor and Central Facilities Project Manager.
  • Security and Emergency Preparedness: Ensure that security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly and that all necessary protocols are in place.
  • Volunteer Management: Build and oversee facility volunteer teams, coordinate facility project nights, and ensure volunteer coverage on Sundays during services.
  • Event Planning: Work with the campus team to prepare for events and worship experiences, and assist with large all-church events as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate workplace safety to employees and volunteers, and assist with fire, safety drills, and inspections as needed.
Requirements
  • Commercial Building and Grounds Maintenance: Experience in commercial building and grounds maintenance, including knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities, tasks, and projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, volunteers, and contractors.
