Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start-to-finish, working with potential residents to find the perfect apartment, and providing exceptional customer service to our current residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and show apartments to potential residents
  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the leasing team to create and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Assist with the application and move-in process, including processing paperwork and conducting move-in inspections
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
