Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start-to-finish, working closely with other team members to create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase our properties.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed leasing targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
  
• Collaborate with the property management team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  
• Conduct property tours and showings, and provide detailed information about our properties and amenities.
  
• Assist with the application and move-in process, and provide support to residents with any issues or concerns.
  
• Develop and maintain knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity, and resident preferences.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50-$21.00/hour.
